I'm Maribel Diz — a Doctor of Business Administration, Senior Vice President of Human Resources at Visa, and an executive coach who has spent 30 years inside the rooms where decisions get made.
I've led HR strategy across Latin America and the Caribbean, coached senior executives across industries, and taught Human Resources Management as an Adjunct Professor at Florida International University for over a decade. I speak English, Spanish, and Portuguese — and I've navigated every kind of high-stakes leadership environment you can imagine.
